Fab Bare Skin Studio is located in suite 3 inside KV Lash Studio at 4221 Northgate Boulevard in Sacramento. Fabi Magallon is the esthetician and owner. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 8 AM to 3:30 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. About

Waxing is the core of the menu, ranging from a small chin wax or stomach strip up to full legs and full arms. Brazilian waxing is Fabi's specialty. A new-client Brazilian takes about 30 minutes and works best with at least three weeks of growth, removing hair from front to back. A returning-client Brazilian takes 25 minutes and is booked with four to six weeks of growth. Intimate options include a bikini full wax that covers the front and labia but not the butt strip, and a cooling jelly mask for the intimate area after waxing. Services for male genitalia, including male Brazilian waxing, are not offered.

Brow services are limited to brow waxing with mapping, a 15-minute appointment at $20. Korean lash lifts come without tint (45 minutes, $65, lasting six to eight weeks) or with tint (60 minutes, $75, lasting six weeks or more). Lash lifts require a $15 deposit.

Changes to a booking need at least 24 hours' notice. A non-refundable deposit of $15 to $20 is required and is applied to the service. Cancellations, reschedules with less notice and no-shows are charged half the service price and forfeit the deposit, and a second no-show results in no future bookings. There is a 10-minute grace period; later arrivals must reschedule and pay a new deposit. Extra guests are not allowed unless approved.
