The service menu is grouped for ladies, girls aged 7 to 13, boys aged 7 to 13 and men. Adult braiding ranges from simple braid-downs and straight backs to Kush, butterfly, knotless, box, micro and tree braids, along with crochets, feed-ins, sew-in weaves and sleek ponytails. Children's options include braids, twists, invisible and soft locs, and natural hair styling. Prices are listed as starting rates with estimated appointment lengths, and some services include hair while others do not, so it is worth confirming before booking.
Beyond braiding, the studio offers express facials at $35 and an express facial with LED at $45. The facial covers cleansing, steaming, toning, exfoliation, facial massage and moisturizer; extractions are not included. Other add-ons include a chin wax, a wash and blow dry, and a $25 hair restoration consultation. Accessories such as beads and braid add-ons and extra length or boho hair start at $10.
Booking requires a card on file and a deposit. Appointments more than 15 minutes late carry a $15 late fee, and clients more than 20 minutes late must reschedule unless the stylist approves, with a new deposit required. Deposits are refundable only if the stylist reschedules or cancels; rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice keeps the deposit, and one reschedule is covered. Cancellations 24 hours ahead incur a $25 fee, and cancellations under 12 hours ahead or no-shows are charged 50% of the balance due. Third-party payment plans add a processing fee to each session. Calls after hours are returned the next business day, so callers are asked to leave a message.
