A visit begins with a full examination, and recommendations follow from it. Clients are not rushed and are encouraged to ask questions. The practice may advise against a treatment that would not be worthwhile for a particular client's anatomy, and each client receives a customized treatment plan.

Prices are listed per unit or per syringe in many cases. Injectables are $14 per unit, dermal fillers are $815 per syringe and Sculptra is $875 per vial. Facials run from $195 to $295, skin consultations are $200 or $275, and integrative health consultations range from $400 to $650. Lasers and radio frequency microneedling are priced by area, starting at $600 for a PICO chest treatment.

Policies: appointments require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel, a card is kept on file, and a late cancellation or no-show results in a fee taken from the deposit. Arriving more than fifteen minutes late may lead to rescheduling and a cancellation fee; emergencies are handled case by case. Services are not refunded, and all product sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. If a client has an allergic reaction to a skincare product, the practice asks for photos of the reaction and the product so it can report the reaction to the manufacturer.
