Eza Lashes

Eza Lashes is a lash business in Covina, California, owned by lash artist Stephany Garcia.

Booking starts with a $30 deposit, sent through Zelle within an hour of booking and applied toward the service. The deposit is non-refundable. Proof of payment is emailed to the business, and a waiver form must be submitted before the appointment. Clients must be 18 or older, and extra guests, children included, are not allowed. The remaining balance is paid by Zelle or cash only.

Appointments run Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, avoid caffeine beforehand, remove contact lenses if they wear them, and dress comfortably. Anyone running late should contact the business, since appointments are canceled if a client is more than 10 minutes late.

The business describes its lashes as luxurious. Fills are accepted only within 3 weeks of the last lash service and when about half the lashes remain; later visits are treated as full sets. Lashes applied elsewhere are not accepted as foreign fills. Cancellations forfeit the deposit, though one courtesy cancellation within 48 hours is allowed with the deposit honored for rescheduling. No-shows cannot book again, and the business does not offer refunds or exchanges.
