The studio's philosophy is that lashes should bring out a client's own features rather than overwhelm them. Extensions come in three styles: Born With It classic sets at 1D to 2D, with one or two extensions per natural lash; Naturally Daring soft volume at 3D to 4D, with a fan of three or four per lash; and Eyes to Mesmerize mega volume at 5D to 8D. Full sets take about 90 to 180 minutes depending on natural lashes and style. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and a 60-minute fill starts at $115, rising to $125 with a Master Artist.

Eyebrow micropigmentation comes in three styles: a powder effect that gives a shaded brow look at $550, a hair strokes effect at $775, and a hybrid technique at $775 that combines powder shading with hair strokes.

Every artist is trained in the founder's proprietary techniques and must complete at least 50 full sets before working at EyeMethod. A full set is needed if fewer than 40 percent of extensions remain per eye or four or more weeks have passed since the last visit. The studio does not perform fills on lashes applied at another studio, but offers a complimentary removal with a full set purchase for clients switching from another studio.

First-time guests are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early and returning guests 5 to 10 minutes early. Phones are to be silenced and put away during services, and only the technician and client may be in the service room; children and infants are not allowed there, and children under 12 must be supervised in the lobby. A credit card holds all reservations, first-time clients pay in full at booking, and changes need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid charges. Concerns are addressed at no charge within 3 days of the appointment when aftercare was followed.

Lashes are meant to highlight a client's features rather than overpower them, and artists are assessed on precision, long-term wear, application speed and client comfort.
