Every appointment is private, with one client and one lash artist in a calm studio with a relaxed feel. Consultations are free. Before recommending a set, the artist studies the client's face and eye shape, so the lashes fit the client's eyes and the way they live day to day.

The menu covers classic, volume and hybrid extensions in half sets and full sets, plus bottom lash extensions. Fills are offered in one-hour and one-and-a-half-hour lengths. Other services include lash lifts, brow lamination, removal and small touch-ups.

Clients should come in with clean lashes and no eye makeup on. Skincare, foundation and sunscreen are acceptable provided they stay off the lashes. Coconut and argan oils can build up on lashes and interfere with how extensions go on and hold, so lashes should be cleansed before the visit.

Booking changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or missed without a call, may be charged the full service price, and future bookings can require payment of a missed appointment fee first. Cash and check are accepted. The studio is not kid friendly, is listed as LGBTQIA friendly, and offers a snack bar and WiFi. English and Japanese are spoken.

The studio focuses on a natural lash shape, clean application and lashes suited to each client's eyes and lifestyle. Clients are consulted first, and natural lashes are cared for throughout each service.
