Services cover cutting for men and women, full and partial color including custom color, Brazilian Blowout smoothing, perms and curly cuts, hair extensions after a required consultation, and waxing for brows and upper lip. Color clients can book a free 15-minute consultation to talk through goals, pricing and at-home care. Retouches are suggested about every six weeks. A 50% deposit reserves an appointment, and cancellations with more than 24 hours notice get the deposit back. Shorter notice and no-shows incur a 50% fee charged to the card on file. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not receive every booked service. A waiting list is available for clients who have trouble finding a time.

The salon works with local cosmetology schools, and student stylists complete a six-month training program on live models. Stylists and barbers attend regularly scheduled education events, workshops and online courses, and the team includes a Keune educator. EYEFUL is a certified Green Circle Salon that diverts 95% of its salon waste, and it says it has worked with Green Circle for over eight years.

Wedding clients book a consultation first, since wedding bookings are not handled last-minute. The salon says it provides clear timelines and pricing and keeps communication consistent, with planning done well ahead of the day. Hair and makeup can be done in the salon or on location, and a trial session before the event lets the client and stylist plan the look together. Bridal hair can use curls or extensions the guest provides, and the bridal makeup service includes a touch-up lipstick from the salon. Early start times before 7am carry a fee, and on-location services carry a flat traveling fee.
