Visits start with a complimentary 10-minute consultation for new clients to plan brow needs. Clients can also add a Silent Appointment to any booked service at no charge, a 5-minute stretch of quiet rest after the consultation with no need to explain why they want it. The studio aims to be a place where clients feel confident, refreshed and at ease.

The menu is grouped into Signature Brow Services, Lamination, Tinting, Tweezing, Waxing, and Consultation and Add-on. Brow Shaping uses gentle waxing and precision design to refine natural brows, and combinations such as Brow + Lip and Brow + Tint bundle shaping with a finishing step. Eyebrow Lamination is a semi-permanent treatment that changes the texture and direction of brow hairs, suited to sparse, unruly or uneven brows, and results may last up to 6 weeks.

Tinting options include a vegan, richly pigmented tint that lasts 3 to 4 weeks on the hair, and a hybrid stain tint that combines henna-style staining with tint and stains the skin and brow hairs. For return clients, tweezing and waxing use the Golden Ratio Method to keep symmetry, address regrowth and maintain shape. Hours are Tuesday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Wednesday 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The studio is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts of $35, $50, $60, $100, or a custom amount.
