The studio is on the second floor of the building at 1759 Mineral Spring Ave, in the second-to-last unit. Its menu is grouped into clusters, fills, full lash sets, and Sunday appointments. Set options range from light and wispy styles to full volume, cat eye, and anime looks, with prices from $55 for volume clusters up to $140 for a mega volume set.

Bookings require a $25 deposit, and appointments are not held without it. Fills are timed to the client's previous visit: a 1 week fill should be booked within 7 days of the last appointment, a 2 week fill within 14 days, and a 3 week fill within 21 days. Extra guests are not allowed at appointments, so clients should come alone.

Clients are asked not to wear mascara on their lashes or makeup under the eyes before an appointment. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late incur a $15 late fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead and no-shows are charged $25, and clients who refuse to pay that fee may be unable to book in the future. Services booked on a Sunday carry a $25 charge, which is already included in the Sunday Service prices.
