Eye Love Nails has two locations: a Horizon suite at 13647 Eastlake Boulevard, open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM and closed Sunday, and a Montana Avenue suite in El Paso, closed Monday and open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

About

The service menu is grouped into brows, kids, lashes, nails, skin treatments and facials, and other services. Nail work covers regular and gel manicures, rubber base, clear and color acrylic, hard gel, poly gel and Apres Gel-X tips, along with French tips, ombre, 3D art and cat eye designs. Pedicures range from a LOVE Scape pedicure to a longer Jelly D'luxe pedicure, which the salon presents as its signature Jelly treatment.

Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume application, MEGA volume sets, Hawaiian lashes, fills at two or three weeks, lash lifts with or without tint, and extension removal. Brow services include threading, waxing, waxing with tint and brow lamination with tint. Facial hair waxing is also offered, from upper lip and nose to a full face wax covering sideburns, forehead, chin, upper lip and brows.

Children can book manicures and pedicures, with regular polish and gel options and French tip nail art for ages 2 to 10. Kids manicures and pedicures do not include cuticle care, and kids pedicures also exclude callus removal and ingrown nail removal.

The salon offers two training courses. The Full Eyelashes Course is a two-day program at $850 covering classic, hybrid and volume application, sanitation, client preparation, aftercare, extension removal and client consent forms, and it ends with a certificate of completion. The Acrylic Nail and Acrylic Pedicure Class is a one-day group class at $850 covering acrylic application, nail prep, nail shaping, ombre, diamond placement, 3D art and marketing, and it includes a full kit, a booklet and a certificate of completion.

Booking policies: all services and sales are non-refundable, and any concern about a service must be raised within 72 hours so the salon can arrange a fix. Appointments may be rescheduled if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, and a 24-hour notice is requested for cancellations. A missed appointment without notice carries a $35 non-refundable fee that goes toward the visit, and rescheduling requires paying that fee. Missed classes without notice carry a $150 rescheduling fee that does not count toward the class balance. Classes, deposits and paid-in-full course fees are also non-refundable, and the salon reserves the right to refuse service. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts of $5, $10, $20, $50, or a custom amount.

Lash work is offered in classic, hybrid and volume styles, and nail work spans acrylic, gel, hard gel, poly gel and soak-off systems.
