Services are by appointment only, and clients can call or text the business with questions. Payment is taken in cash only. Arriving nine minutes late triggers a late fee, and a client who is more than fifteen minutes late without having contacted the business is recorded as a no-show. Changes made at least 24 hours ahead avoid fees. Rescheduling within 24 hours is charged 25% of total services, and within 12 hours 50%. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead is charged 50% to the card on file, and no-call no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 75%. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred when rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment.

Ombre Powder Brows are priced at $500 and take about two hours. The package covers a consultation, signing a consent form, brow shaping and one cosmetic tattoo session, with a $100 deposit. The shading is lighter at the start of the brow and deeper toward the ends. Brow Tinting, starting at $40, can include a brow wax, a custom tint and concealer. Brow lamination results last four to six weeks with proper aftercare. Tint may leave a slight stain on the skin for up to a week and on brow hairs for up to two weeks.

The Skin Reset Facial is a customized treatment of about an hour, priced at $145 with a $20 deposit, meant to calm, clear and restore the skin. The Bikini Exfoliating Treatment takes about 45 minutes for $75 and includes steam, a deep cleanse, an exfoliating mask, extractions, high frequency and customized serums.
