Brow shaping begins with a cleanse, with exfoliation when the skin needs it, followed by mapping and a shape built around the client's bone structure and natural hair growth. Shaping can be combined with a stain or tint for a single visit, and a complimentary brow fill-in with makeup is included with shaping. Brow lamination lifts the hairs for a more even look and can help smooth unruly brow hairs. Brow stain lasts up to 7 to 10 days on the skin and 4 to 6 weeks on the brow hair, and results depend on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.

Permanent makeup services include brow ombré or powder brows and lip blush or lip neutralization, plus color boosts and touch-ups for existing clients. Touch-ups are scheduled 6 to 12 weeks after brows and 8 to 12 weeks after lips, and deposits apply to these bookings.

The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM; it is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Appointments require a credit card and a booking fee, which is forfeited for no-call/no-shows or late cancellations. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for permanent makeup. Guests are not permitted at appointments unless a child is being serviced, and there is a 10-minute grace period. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
