The salon describes itself as one of the first salons focused solely on eyelashes, and it is family owned. Its philosophy is to enhance clients' beauty while protecting the long-term health of their lashes, brows and skin.

Eyelash extensions are the core of the business. Classic individual extensions are described as the most popular service, and a lash lift, also called an eyelash perm, is described as the next most popular. Full sets begin with a short consultation with the technician and take about 1 hour 15 minutes, with extensions applied to almost every natural lash using medical grade glue. Returning clients can book a relash, with timing and price depending on how long since their last visit and how many extensions remain. Clients coming in with extensions from another salon can book a relash as well, with pricing based on quantity, quality and the work required.

Brow services include clean-up for clients who already like their shape, shaping for first-time brow clients or brows that have grown out, and tinting to add color to brow hair. Brow specialists can show clients how to fill in their brows at home and help choose a product and shade. Hair removal waxing covers the chin, upper lip, brows and a full face service on the forehead, cheeks, upper lip and chin. Microblading, a semi-permanent brow makeup service, is also offered.

The facial menu is built around organic products and a non-invasive approach. Each facial is customized to the client's skin needs, and the salon uses Eminence Organics products throughout along with PH-balanced Kangen Beauty Water. A basic facial suits anti-aging or relaxation goals. A facial with extractions is recommended for congested, acne-prone or oily skin. A deeper option uses manual microdermabrasion or a peel from Eminence.

Retail products are available for purchase at the salon, and staff are usually on hand for about two hours after the last appointment of the day to answer questions and sell products. Daily lash care suggestions include an oil-free cleanser and makeup remover and gently patting lashes dry.
