Most treatments are tailored to the client. Custom eyelash extensions are shaped to eye shape, lifestyle and the look wanted, from soft and natural to bold and dramatic. Custom facials are adjusted to each skin type and use professional-grade products, which the studio describes as clinical-grade. Rejuvenating skin peels are also customized to skin type, but they require a consultation, so clients book a phone consult first. Dermaplaning uses an exfoliating blade to clear dead skin cells and fine hair, then applies an enzyme exfoliation and serums chosen for the skin concern. LED therapy with red and blue light can be added to any service.

Pricing and services can vary between team members, so clients may contact a team member directly or call the studio at (619) 630-7744. Lash appointments ask for clean, dry, makeup-free lashes and no coffee beforehand, and lashes should stay dry for about 24 hours after application where possible. Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, once at least 40% of extensions remain. Clients coming in from another lash stylist can book an Outside Fill, though the full set may be needed depending on the previous technique and product. A free spoolie wand is provided with lash extensions for daily use.

Services are customized to the client's skin type, eye shape, lifestyle and the result they want, using semi-permanent treatments where a longer-lasting look is the goal.
