Veronica Gorham began doing lashes from her bedroom closet after beauty school, reached more than 120 clients within eleven months, and moved them into a spare bedroom. She later opened the first Lash Lounge in Wellington, in a 1,300 square foot space in Mizner Place. She later opened the first Lash Lounge in Wellington, in a 1,300 square foot space in Mizner Place. The salon dates its founding to 2010 and describes itself as the first lash and brow salon in Wellington.

The menu is organized around lash extensions, lifts and perms, tinting, and brow services. Extensions range from a full classic set, placed one by one on up to 75% of natural lashes, to Volume 3D-6D, which fans 2 to 5 extensions onto each natural lash and is the most popular service. Noire Volume 6D-12D can be applied for an eyeliner effect. Brow work uses Anastasia Beverly Hills products, and the Brow Makeover includes precise waxing and shaping.

Visits are by appointment only, Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm. New clients are asked to text the salon at 561-315-3703 instead of booking online, and they begin with a five-point consultation covering lash style, application and aftercare. Aftercare products are offered to help keep natural lashes healthy and extensions in place.

Beyond the salon, the business runs Eye Candy Lash Training, also called Lash University. Veronica founded the training after opening the salon, and the salon says it has certified over 500 new lash artists through it. The salon also launched a full lash product line in 2019.

New clients begin with a five-point consultation covering lash style, application and aftercare.
