Services are grouped under Hair and Styling Services. Hair covers cuts, trims, color, keratin and protein treatments, a signature Hair Milk treatment, and extension and loc work. Styling Services covers blowouts, detangling, silk presses, and extension take-downs.
The Signature Hair Milk Treatment runs 30 minutes and includes a deep-cleansing shampoo, a 15-minute scalp massage, and a moisturizing Hair Milk treatment that also works as a heat protectant before styling. A HAIR SERVICES group is also offered at $99 for a 2 hour 45 minute block.
Extension work includes sew-ins at $445, where the hair is sold separately, and braidless sew-ins at $345. Clip-ins are $122. Take-downs are $50 and are offered for ESP installs only. Loc customers need a consultation before loc maintenance, which starts at $300.
All services are priced à la carte, and any add-ons are charged at checkout. Walk-ins are accepted with a $99 convenience fee. Bookings are made through the website's online calendar. Clients who need to reschedule are asked to give 24 hours' notice, and deposits are non-refundable because they hold the booked time. All sales are final and no refunds are given on hair appointments. Stylists may record during services, and a client may be checked out at any point during an appointment.
The salon's blog says healthy hair is the foundation of good styling, and notes that color can change hair's texture, feel and manageability, especially after lightening or bleaching.
