Extension work begins with a 15-minute consultation for $15, which covers the extension method, color match, length, maintenance and pricing. Length options run from 16 to 24 inches. Sew-in extensions are offered for fine, medium and thick hair, and the consultation decides the method and the number of rows. Three methods are available: hand-tied wefts, which are lightweight and suited to fine to medium hair; machine wefts, which are slightly thicker and more durable and are used for adding volume to thicker hair; and Genius Wefts, which are thin like hand-tied wefts but can be cut to fit without unraveling.

Packages range from a single row for added volume to three rows for maximum length and thickness. Every extension package includes removal, a wash, a deep conditioning treatment and a professional blowout. The salon recommends extension maintenance every 6 to 10 weeks. Extension Dusting is a light trim that removes split ends and tangles without shortening length. A Hidden Row Upgrade hides the beads for a seamless look.

The Color & Cuts menu covers blonding from mini highlights to full lightening from root to ends, partial highlights and balayage, bleach and tone for an even finish, single process color, root retouches that cover regrowth or gray, and personalized haircuts, bang trims and professional blowouts.
