Extensions by S is a hair extension and hair color business in Dallas, located inside Vibe Salon at 2817 Live Oak St. Vibe Salon is owned by Stephanie, who also works here as the Master Stylist, and it has been open since June 2025. Parking is available out front, and a private lot across the street is open to guests.

The business works with Bellami Pro Hair and offers several extension methods: wefts in Flex, Infinity and Volume types, fusions or K-tips, micro-beads or I-tips, tape-ins in Classic, Deluxe and Express Weft types (the Express Weft pieces are 10 inches wide), and toppers. Wefts add volume and length in one sitting, while toppers are hair systems made for people thinning on the top or crown.

Upkeep depends on the method. Wefts need maintenance about every 6 weeks, the shortest interval. Fusions and K-tips call for regular at-home care, including blow drying after each wash. Micro-beads can show if hair is not dense enough. Toppers are maintained in the salon every 2 to 3 weeks. Toppers cost about $1,500 for the hair piece, $300 for installation and $100 per maintenance visit.

Each extension method is chosen during a tailored consultation so it suits the client's style and preferences. Color services are available to blend extensions with the client's own hair. Appointments are offered seven days a week in mornings and evenings, with evening slots on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, and hours vary by stylist. A typical first appointment of the day starts at 10:30am.

Clients book through the Vagaro booking page. New clients and appointments longer than 3 hours pay a $50 deposit that goes toward the service and is non-refundable; it can be moved once if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead. Cancelling within 24 hours costs 50% of the appointment price, and a no-show costs the full price with future appointments paid in advance. Appointments outside regular hours cost an extra $40 an hour. Refunds are not given, but problems reported within one week are handled with adjustments.
