The salon's care guide suggests salon-grade shampoo and conditioner, avoiding sulfate-containing products, and conditioning from mid-lengths to ends. Touch-up appointments are recommended every six to eight weeks, depending on the extension method.

Appointments can be moved at no charge when the change is requested at least 48 hours ahead through the online booking system. Cancelling or moving a booking with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a fee of 50% of the service cost, capped at $500, and missing an appointment without notice means paying the full cost of the service. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their booking changed or rescheduled, and that change can include a 50% cancellation fee. Before any service, guests are asked to disclose health conditions, allergies, medications and previous treatments. Only people receiving a service may be inside the salon. Photos or videos may be taken for social media, and guests can opt out of public posts. Tipping is optional, and staff do not ask for tips. Completed services are not refunded, so any concern should be raised before the guest leaves. Unopened retail products can be returned or exchanged within seven days, but only with proof of purchase.
