Extension work starts with a consultation. It is free, takes about 20 minutes, and does not need an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 5pm, subject to wait. The stylist assesses the hair in person, works out how much hair is needed and gives a quote for both the service and the hair. Color services also require a consultation before booking, and the salon notes that color is hard to judge by phone, so those visits happen in person.

Hair is matched to the client by texture, color and density, and the install method is chosen around the client's hair and daily routine. Installation methods include braided, braidless sew-in with microlinks, clip-in, invisible bead, I-tip or individual microlink, keratin fusion and tape-in. Removal and maintenance are offered for several of these methods. Custom sewing for installs and sewing of clips is also available. The salon says it guarantees a match to the client's texture and density.

The extensions are 100% virgin human hair sourced from India and South Asia, sold as raw bundles, Indian bundles and thick hair bundles. Thick bundles come in handled wefts, tape-in, tips and K-tips and are sold only to clients who have installation or services at the salon. When a needed shade is not in stock, the salon offers in-salon hair matching and custom coloring.

The salon also runs a two-day hands-on installation class covering three extension techniques, totaling 11 hours with a maximum of eight students. Group and one-on-one classes are offered. The class includes a starter kit, a training booklet, live model installation, removal methods, tape-in techniques and a certificate of completion. A non-refundable $300 deposit reserves a spot, and the total cost is listed at $1,500. The salon describes its master stylist, who teaches the class, as having more than 10 years of experience in the extension field.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice. Clients who cancel within 48 hours are charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Rescheduling is done by text to (347) 825-9941 with no fee outside that window. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and clients arriving later may be rescheduled or moved to a shorter service at the same price. No-shows are charged and the salon declines their future appointments.
