According to the salon, it has taken part in over 2,500 wedding bookings and almost 4,500 special occasions dating back to 2003. The salon describes itself as award-winning.

Services are usually performed at the client's location, and trials are available. The same artist is kept for the trial and the event day. The trial fee is a retainer that covers supplies and labor for the trial and does not count toward the event day balance. A date is not held until a contract and payment are received. Gratuities are not included in prices.

Travel to a client requires at least four people receiving services. The first 10 miles (20 round trip) are free, and each mile after that is $1, measured from the Tomball studio. Smaller parties may be charged a higher travel fee or asked to come to the studio. Parties larger than eight may need an additional artist, which can carry a fee. Out-of-town events can have customized travel arrangements set up by the office.

Bridal packages include hair or an updo and a choice of traditional or airbrush makeup, and the top Celebrity Bride package adds full glam airbrush makeup with eyelashes. Attendant and flower girl packages are priced by group size and style. Special event work covers occasions such as proms, homecoming, military balls, Valentine's Day, Christmas parties, birthdays, quinceañeras and other formal events. A $50 no-show fee applies if the artist is not notified at least 24 hours before a trial or appointment.

Artists are asked to listen closely to each client's requests and to offer either a natural or a more dramatic look, depending on what the client wants.
