Pedicures are a major part of the menu. The Simple Sole at $45 includes a foot soak, cuticle work, nail trimming and shaping, a hot towel and classic polish. Signature pedicures run from the Seasonal Aroma Pedicure at $60 up to The EXO-alidocious Experience at $90, and a range of add-ons such as thermal steam, collagen foot wraps, Himalayan salt rock and Kansa wand massage can be added from $6 to $20.
Nail enhancements include Dip, acrylic fills and full sets, Gel X, TAP Gel and Builder Gel, starting at $45 to $65 depending on the service. Prices vary with length, shape and design. Gift cards are available.
The salon runs a three-tier loyalty program in which a member's tier sets the credit they can use within EXO. Unused credit rolls over monthly and never expires, though it is non-refundable. Members receive preferred pricing, early access to ticketed events, priority booking, exclusive discounts, VIP event invitations and birthday rewards. Monthly memberships let clients bank unused treatment dollars for later use under the same non-expiring, non-refundable terms.
