Much of the menu is built on the EXEL Professional Line, a skincare range the spa developed itself. The spa says the line pairs natural ingredients with scientific research, and it says its treatments are designed around that line and each client's skin. For clients who prefer vegan products, the Vegan Detox Facial uses the EXEL Green Line.

The facial menu covers a wide range of concerns, from acne and rosacea to pigmentation, texture and fine lines. Many facials include a hand massage and aromatherapy. The Deluxe Back Cleanse and the two-hour Diamond Facial add hot stones. The Diamond Facial combines a facial and back cleansing with diamond-tip microdermabrasion and oxygen infusion.
