Massage ranges from Swedish and deep tissue to hot stone, maternity, couples and a bespoke cashmere massage. Clients may request a male therapist, a female therapist or no preference, and can choose a therapist when booking online. Arriving 30 minutes early gives time for a complimentary foot soak and a beverage, and a 10-minute rest in the salt and light room follows treatment. Appointments end on schedule, so a late arrival can shorten a massage without reducing the price. Massage is paid after the treatment, and gratuity is cash only, with an ATM on site.

Bridal options include bridal party blow dries, bride hair and makeup in the salon or on location, hair and makeup trials that include an after-glow kit, and a bridal party spa day for groups of six or more. On-location bridal work has a $500 minimum plus any travel fees, and gratuities are not included. Spa packages for individuals and pairs, corporate and group events, and the loyalty programs The Club and Excuria Points Plus round out the offer. Spa packages and bookings of three or more services need 72 hours' notice to cancel, and a credit card is required for three or more services.
