The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm and is closed on Sundays and Mondays, though appointments can be booked on those days. Walk-in clients are accepted during business hours. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free, while cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. A free clean-up cut is offered between appointments.

The hair menu includes cuts for children, short, medium and long hair, a quick blow dry after a wet cut, a beard trim and the Exclusive Blow Out. Color services range from single color and toner only, which is offered without bleaching, to mini or man highlights, partial and full foil highlights, and balayage. Perms are priced by length and men's perms are included. Conditioning options include a Its a 10 mask, an Olaplex treatment and K18 masks, and hair masks can be added to any service at a discounted price. Extension services cover removal, microbead installs and maintenance, and PRP hair and facial treatments are also offered.

Botox is offered in Transform treatments priced per unit, focusing on the forehead, crow's feet, the 11s, masseter and traps, as well as half face and full face packages. Results can take up to 2 weeks to appear, and a consultation is required before a Botox appointment. Lip injections use a choice of dermal fillers and are performed by a skilled nurse injector, and a lip flip with Botox is available. Teeth whitening sessions run 30, 45 or 60 minutes, and tooth gems are offered. The salon says its luxury glam advanced whitening can lighten teeth 4-7 shades. Spray tans are mixed and applied by a licensed esthetician. Botox treatment models may be filmed, photographed and recorded for training and advertising.
