Every new patient begins with a one-on-one consultation, usually 45 to 60 minutes, to review health history and goals before a plan is designed. No referral is needed, and new patients can book online, by phone or by text. Many treatments, including Botox, fillers, IV therapy and HydraFacial, can often be done at a first visit, and same-week appointments are listed for IV therapy, Botox and select wellness services.

The aesthetic menu includes Botox, Dysport and Daxxify, several dermal fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane, RHA, Sculptra, Radiesse and EZ Gel, and energy-based options including Morpheus8 RF microneedling and IPL. For hair, the practice offers the ARTAS iX robotic follicular unit extraction system, which it says is the only FDA-cleared robotic hair transplant system. The procedure is done under local anesthesia in one day, most patients return to office work within three to five days, and new growth typically begins around three to four months, with full results usually visible at 12 to 18 months.

Monthly memberships run from $99 to $299. The Botox plan includes a monthly allowance and 10% off services, the Wellness plan covers IV sessions and infrared and red light therapy, the Metabolic plan includes GLP-1 medication and body composition tracking, and the Longevity plan adds quarterly hormone panels, peptide therapy and concierge physician access. Telehealth is available for select services such as hormone optimization, weight programs and general wellness consultations. The practice is cash-pay and does not bill insurance, but it accepts major cards, HSA and FSA payments, cash and check, offers CareCredit financing and custom payment plans for larger packages, and provides superbills for certain lab services. Plans are built from each patient's biomarkers, labs and goals rather than templates, and Dr. Singh personally oversees every patient relationship.
