Ex0tic Lash Extensions Chicago

Ex0tic Lash Extensions was established in 2017 and is led by its founder, CEO Jasmine. The business works in two areas: lash extension appointments, with the Chicago address listed for visits, and an online shop for lash supplies. Mink lash extensions are its main specialty. A second address in Albuquerque is also listed.

Appointments are booked by type, including first-time visits, fill-ins, full sets, look and learn sessions, lash removal, lash training, loyal client visits, and consultation calls. New clients must book through the first-time client section, which carries a 50% service charge, and a $25 non-refundable fee goes toward the appointment with the balance paid in cash. Clients not booked for more than a year are treated as first-time clients. Store hours are listed as every day from 11am to 7pm.

Training is offered as an Online Lash Academy class at $500 and a two-day One on One Master Lash Class at $900. The Done For You Lash Store service has two tiers: Tier 1 is listed at $4,995 paid in full or a $1,500 non-refundable deposit, and Tier 2 at $8,995 paid in full or a $2,500 non-refundable deposit.

Scheduling rules: one reschedule is allowed if requested at least 24 hours ahead, deposits are valid for 30 days, and cancelling within 24 hours forfeits the deposit. Appointments must be confirmed before midnight, with no same-day confirmations. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late must rebook for the next available time. Lash issues are fixed free within 72 hours, and refunds are at the business's discretion. The online shop offers lash kits from $117 to $262, a tweezer bundle at $75, membership tiers at $6.99, $9.99 and $12.99 a month for 11%, 15% and 20% off, and an Exclusive Mystery Lash Box membership at $39.99 a month. US orders over $199 ship free.

The stated mission is to elevate beauty, boost client confidence, and provide top-quality products to every client.
