A visit usually begins with a full one-hour skin consultation covering concerns, goals and what is realistic for the client's lifestyle. Advanced skin imaging is used during consultations. Injectable clients meet with Dr. Reiswig, while skincare and body treatment clients meet with a licensed aesthetician. A consultation is recommended before treatment and can be requested online or by phone. The $100 consultation fee is credited toward any service, product or treatment used within 30 days. EvolvMD does not sell pre-set packages, and it says it aims for natural-looking results without overdoing treatments.

The injectable menu covers Botox at $13 per unit, Dysport, Kybella, Sculptra and several Restylane fillers for the cheeks, lips and overall volume. The FDA has approved Botox for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet and platysma bands, and the practice also uses it off-label for lip flips and TMJ/masseter treatment. Laser options include BBL Photofacial, Forever Young BBL Photofacial starting at $425, Aerolase Neo Elite, CO2 and fractional laser resurfacing, and MicroLaser Peel. Each BBL session runs 15 to 30 minutes with no downtime. The practice recommends three to six monthly sessions, followed by yearly maintenance. EmSculpt Neo, starting at $800 per session, is a 30-minute body treatment with no downtime. The practice recommends at least four sessions, with maintenance every three to six months, and states that it is not a weight-loss treatment. The practice also offers medical weight loss, peptide therapy and GLP-1 wellness therapies.

Practical details: clients are asked to arrive about 15 minutes early, and facial clients should come with a clean, makeup-free face. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or a 50% service fee applies. A credit card must be kept on file when booking. Cherry Financing of up to $10,000 is available for any service. Gift cards, including eGift cards, are sold, and unopened medical grade skincare may be returned within 30 days with a receipt for store credit only. EvolvU membership offers special pricing and VIP access, and the practice runs Bridal Skincare and Refer a Friend programs.
