Clients who visit regularly can choose recurring options. The Maintenance Ritual ($260, about 1 hour 45 minutes) is built for two visits a month and covers a cleanse, treatment and style; it is prepaid or scheduled, and a haircut is not included. The Crown Care Membership ($480, about 2 hours, booked monthly) requires a minimum three-month commitment and includes one Evolve Experience per month plus priority booking. According to the salon's cost breakdown, the membership works out to $160 per month, and the salon says members save $10 to $20 compared with booking single services.

Relaxer work is offered only as full-service visits, and the studio does not provide standalone chemical services. The Crown Maintenance Relaxer (Retouch), about 2 hours 45 minutes, applies a relaxer to new growth only and includes scalp protection, a neutralizing cleanse, a moisture or strengthening treatment, steam, a trim if needed and a silk press or styled finish.
