The practice sorts its care into four groups: Men's Health, Women's Health, Weight Loss & Wellness, and Beauty & Aesthetics. Hormone plans open with a set of lab tests and cover a monthly supply of medication, access to a provider, follow-up appointments, supplies and help managing medication. Each plan also includes a body composition scan with InBody at no charge, and shipping is free. Medical weight loss starts with lab work and an in-person assessment by a licensed provider, after which check-ins and dose changes happen every week or every month. Hormone therapy should not be started during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Anyone with vaginal bleeding that has no known cause, or with active liver disease, needs to be assessed before starting.
On the beauty side, injectable treatments such as Botox, Daxxify, Jeuveau and Evolysse fillers usually take 15 to 30 minutes, with numbing available and a two-week follow-up visit to check results. Laser services, including CO2 laser resurfacing, Morpheus8, Lumecca IPL and Diolaze laser hair removal, begin with a consultation that is free in office or by video. Quantum RF sessions run 30 to 60 minutes after a pre-treatment consultation, and most people are treated once, with the same area retreated after six months at the earliest.
Billing and booking policies are straightforward: the practice does not accept insurance but provides documentation patients can submit to their insurer, and it offers financing through Cherry, gift cards and membership with member pricing and priority booking. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $25 fee is charged to the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows. Patients can also use Ask Evolve's Digital Mind, an online Q&A tool for general educational information, while the provider makes all medical decisions.
