Clients can book with the studio's licensed esthetician, Courtney Kestner, who serves both first-time visitors and people who come in for regular self-care. Hours vary by day, with Saturday closed. Booking policies ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 48 hours incur a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Online booking access is removed after more than two short-notice changes, and a non-refundable deposit applies to future appointments after a third short-notice change.
Gift cards are available. Service packages are sold on a buy five, get one free basis for several waxing and brow services, and any existing package credit applies automatically when booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
