Every new client has a consultation that includes an examination and a questionnaire before any treatment, so the team can confirm that a service is a good fit. Bookings are made with a credit card and a deposit of $50 or $100, depending on the service, which goes toward the full cost. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for paperwork, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a missed appointment that may forfeit the deposit.

Anyone 21 or older may book and receive services, including men. The office does not accept insurance because most of its procedures are considered cosmetic. Gift cards are available through an online page.

Aftercare guidance is specific: avoid alcohol for 24 hours before and after a procedure, keep away from UV exposure, and for 24 hours avoid makeup, touching injection sites and excess steam, though showers are fine. Clients should stay upright for six hours after any injection. Results are not guaranteed and vary from client to client.
