Booking terms: at least 24 hours' notice is needed to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the booked appointment value. A credit card is required to hold an appointment booked through the online portal. Guests with two or more late cancellations or no-shows in a calendar year will be asked to prepay for services.
