Several services begin with a consultation: coloring, relaxers, microlinks, I-tips and the Kertian smoothing treatment. First-time guests can book a Color Experience or a Healthy Hair Experience, each taking roughly two hours, and a standard consultation covers hair goals, upkeep, budget and hair history.

Extension work covers glue-ins, clip-ins, sew-ins with or without a closure, microlinks, I-tips, tape-ins and extended ponytails. Hair is sold on the website from the Hairaholic Collection, described as Indian and Burmese hair.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
