Hours are Monday and Tuesday 9 AM to 3:30 PM, Wednesday through Friday 9 AM to 2 PM, Sunday 12 PM to 5 PM, and closed Saturday. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead incurs a 50% fee, and a no-show incurs a 100% fee. Cancellations must be made by contacting the owner personally, since confirming an appointment does not cancel it. Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late may need to rebook, no extra guests are allowed in the treatment room, and outstanding fees must be paid before future bookings. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold through the site.
