The manicure menu has two main tiers. A Regular Manicure includes cutting and shaping, cuticle removal, a hand massage and polish. The Deluxe Manicure adds a hot paraffin wax treatment and collagen gloves, and gel polish can be added to it for $10 more. The pedicure menu is wider. Options range from a Regular Pedicure with foot massage, callus and cuticle work and a hot towel wrap, through the Voesh, Volcano and Stress Relief pedicures, which add hot stone massage, sugar scrub, collagen mask and paraffin, to the Super Deluxe Pedicure, which uses individually packaged products including a sea salt soak and mud mask. Free wine is included with the Voesh, Volcano and Super Deluxe pedicures, and several scent choices are offered for the spa pedicures.

Staff wash their hands before each service, clean towels are used for every client, and skin is never cut with a blade, calluses included. Reusable tools are sanitized under state rules, and tools that cannot be disinfected are thrown away or given to the client after one use.
