Clients are asked to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to complete paperwork and change into a robe and slippers. Facial estheticians begin each facial with a skin analysis, and the spa describes its facials as customized and results-oriented. Guests who book a Wellness Lounge session can relax in a dim, seated room, wearing their own clothing or a spa robe. A 20-minute lounge session is guaranteed only when it is booked alongside a service, and seating is limited.

The menu is organized into facials, chemical peels, microneedling, IPL photofacials and diode laser hair removal, body contouring, massage, waxing, and wellness equipment. Facial options run from a 30-minute LED facial to 60-minute classic, anti-aging, deep pore, skin brightening, gentleman's and back facials, plus a 45-minute teen facial and a 60-minute sculpt and glow lymphatic drainage facial with Gua Sha. Aqua VO facials come in 50-minute and 75-minute versions and in a series of five. Massage styles include relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, hot stone, stretch, prenatal, and customized and hot stone couples massage. Not every location offers every service, and microneedling, laser, IPL and body contouring are offered at select locations.

Multi-service packages combine massage, facials and wellness sessions in visits that run from 2 to 4 hours, including a Duo package for two. Monthly options include a massage and facial membership and a Spa Club membership. Group day spa packages and private parties are available for groups of five or more. Reservations require a credit card. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, with a charge of 50 percent of booked services for later cancellations. Groups of four or more need five days' notice, and no-shows are charged for all booked services. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday and Saturday and 9 am to 8 pm Tuesday through Friday.
