Appointments cover classes, maintenance and styling-only visits, natural hair services, ponytails, quickweaves, sew-ins, wig installs, and wig customization and creation. Discounted services that use the studio's own EPC hair require that hair to be bought seven days before the appointment.

Orders need a 1-2 business day payment clearance before they are completed. Shipped orders arrive in 5-7 business days, and pickup orders are ready 2-3 days after processing. Products are not refundable and sale items are final. Exchanges are accepted only if the hair has not been tampered with and are requested right after the order arrives.

Care guidance for installs suggests sealing wefts before installation, leaving the weft uncut, and using a blanket stitch. For bundles, it recommends alcohol-free, sulfate-free washing, air drying, and a styling heat no higher than 400 degrees.
