Corrective foot care is a major part of the menu. Four levels are priced by the number of toenail concerns and how dry or cracked the skin is, and the Nufeet Pedicure Method is used throughout. Clients who want a wellness pedicure start with a paid consultation, which is applied toward corrective care if they book it. Toenail restoration is priced by the number of toes, and builder gel is used only on big toes.

The salon also teaches. One-on-one classes cover gel manicures, Russian manicures, builder gel, structured manicures, poly gel and Gel X. Business memberships and state board tutoring, both theory and hands-on practical, are offered for nail technicians. The business states a 100% passing rate for its theory tutoring.

Booking takes a deposit of $5 to $40 depending on the service, and new clients pay a $20 deposit for most manicure and pedicure visits. Payment can be made in person, with Buy Now, Pay Later available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Same-day or under-24-hour cancellations and no-call, no-shows are charged the full booked amount, and late arrivals have no grace period.
