Camilla Fowler is a Licensed Master Cosmetologist and Cosmetology Instructor at the salon, with more than 25 years in the beauty industry. Her work spans salon and educational settings, and she has collaborated with SoftSheen-Carson, L'Oréal and Mizani, where she served as an educator training licensed professionals in advanced haircare and styling.
Most services begin with a consultation. A Color Consultation is required before any color service, and new loc clients book a loc consultation before certain services. Microlocs and Sisterlocks consultations review hair density and length, recommend a customized grid and provide a full price quote. Transfer clients complete a repairs consultation so their locs can be assessed and a care plan created.
Services are booked online. Establishments take time: a Microlocs establishment can take several hours, while a Sisterlocks New Establishment can take 15 to 30 or more hours depending on length, density and the condition of the natural hair. Retightening visits take up to 3 hours. Scalp-cleansing shampoo is included with most services, and shampoo can be added to loc services where time allows. Cancellations and changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals.
The salon also teaches. CEU enrollment requires a valid Georgia license.
