The New Client Curly Hair Cut is a two-hour visit that starts with a consultation on fiber ecology, porosity, hair fabric, lifestyle and styling habits. It then moves into a chelating detox with hydration therapy, a cleanse and conditioning, a haircut of the client's choice, styling, and product recommendations.

Clients who live out of town or cannot come in can book a 45-minute online Virtual One on One consultation for $100. The stylist reviews hair history, routine and curl goals, then provides a personalized curl care plan. Because the stylist has not examined the hair in person, recommendations depend on the information and photos the client provides, and results may vary. Phone consultations are also offered for Atlanta and DFW clients.

Color services include full color from root to end without lightener, highlights and balayage with lightener, bond repair steam, a gloss or toner, and a shampoo and style, and partial foil for maintaining color between full lightening appointments. Glaze and style refreshes or adjusts tone and adds shine, and is suited to 8 to 12 weeks after an initial color service. Root retouch covers up to an inch of regrowth. Clients with more than four months of growth are directed to the full highlights or balayage service.

Care is built around assessing each client's curl pattern, fiber and porosity before cutting or styling, then pairing a detox and hydration treatment with the haircut.
