Everything Beauty Salon Suites is located at 2179 Lawrenceville Highway in Decatur and rents private, lockable suites to independent beauty professionals. The suites are unfurnished, so tenants set up their own space. The building is open to licensed stylists, barbers, colorists, braiders, loc technicians, estheticians, lash and brow artists, makeup artists, and microblading and permanent makeup professionals.

A single suite rents for $250 a week with utilities included. A double suite, about 140 square feet, rents for $400 a week and shares sinks and wash bowls in the common area. Weekly rates cover water, electric, heat and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, laundry, and free parking, with 24/7 access for suite owners. Suite owners are responsible for trash removal and for cleaning their own suite and the common areas.

Suite owners keep all of their revenue and retail sales, with no commission and no product quotas. There are no set salon hours, so each owner decides their own schedule. Tenants must hold a valid state license and liability insurance, and suites are for licensed beauty services only. Common areas are expected to stay tidy, and quiet hours begin at 9 PM.

Interested renters can set up a visit by booking an appointment. Visits are offered every day from 10 AM until 6 PM and typically last roughly 20 minutes. Shared spaces include a client lounge with seating and vending machines, a laundry area with a washer and dryer for towels and capes, fast business-grade Wi-Fi in every suite, and monitored high-definition security cameras that cover the common areas. Suite owners also get featured on the website and on social media.

The building works as a flexible rental arrangement, letting each professional run their own business, prices, and schedule within a shared space.
