Visits begin with a consultation, which is included at the start of every appointment and required for new clients. Full sets come with a complimentary mimosa, one gel polish color of your choice, and a hand massage. Nail art and designs are not part of the listed prices and can be added on.
Booking requires a $25 deposit. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead are accepted, and one transfer within 30 days is allowed if it is made on time. Later changes and same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit or are charged the full booked services. A 10-minute grace period applies, after which the appointment is canceled, marked a no-show, and charged in full. Appointments outside regular hours require a $100 minimum, and guests are not allowed at appointments.
The salon sells gift cards and service packages that can be used at any time, and it runs a loyalty program. It is open Wednesday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and on Saturday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and it is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Parking, credit card payment, Wi-Fi, a handwashing station, and accessibility for people with disabilities are available. Staff wear disposable gloves, surfaces are disinfected between clients, and disposable supplies are used.
