Permanent makeup is a separate track with its own rules. Clients must be 18 or older, and children and pets are not allowed at appointments. Ombre Powder Brows are a semi-permanent technique done with a digital machine to create pixelated dots that resemble powder-filled brows. Shape and color are customized after a consultation on the day of the appointment, and a topical anesthetic is applied. Brows typically last one to three years, depending on skin type and how intense the brows are. The business does not offer microblading, but it does offer semi-permanent lip blushing, which adds color and can camouflage minor imperfections, and permanent eyeliner, which must be booked by phone. An eyeliner enhancement session is recommended eight to twelve weeks after the first appointment.

Permanent makeup materials are pre-sterilized, sealed and new for each client. The business states that its permanent makeup methods follow OSHA standards for handling blood and bodily fluids. A 20% deposit secures a permanent makeup booking and is deducted from the total cost. Deposits and permanent makeup appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
