Treatments are shaped around each client rather than sold as fixed packages. Before a first facial, the esthetician reviews intake information and talks through the client's goals and concerns. Custom facials run one hour, with about 50 minutes of hands-on time and a few minutes at the start and end to undress and dress.

The facial menu centers on the Customized Luxury Facial Experience, which opens with a skin analysis and can include neck and décolleté care, enzyme exfoliation, microdermabrasion, high-frequency, LED light therapy, a hydrojelly mask and ice globe therapy. The Vajacial is a gentler option designed for sensitive skin.

Waxing covers the face, brows, underarms, arms, legs, back and bikini areas, and session length depends on the area; the service list shows the time for each. To prepare, clients are asked to let hair grow about a quarter inch, usually two to three weeks, exfoliate gently one to two days before (not on the day itself), and avoid retinoids, chemical peels and other strong products on the area for three to seven days. On the day, clients should arrive freshly showered with clean, dry skin and without lotions, oils or perfumes.

Permanent makeup is also offered at the studio. The business describes its work as precise waxing, personalized facials and long-lasting permanent makeup. First-time clients are welcome for waxing, facials and permanent makeup. All visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted.
