Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, carry a 50 percent fee.

The studio is open Monday and Thursday from 12 PM to 8 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
