A visit usually starts with a complimentary consultation, which is a one-on-one conversation with an ABAM-certified physician and carries no obligation to treat. New patients book by phone or online through MyAestheticsPro, and the clinic recommends booking ahead. Treatment plans are individualized and begin with the patient's goals, from teenagers dealing with active acne to adults and seniors seeking collagen renewal.

The laser and light menu includes Sciton BBL HEROic, Moxi, combination BBL plus Moxi, SkinTyte, Acne Clear Laser, laser hair removal, SkinSmooth, and Elipsa LightStim+. Injectables cover Botox, Dysport and Daxxify, and dermal fillers cover the Juvederm collection, SkinVive and Sculptra. Skin rejuvenation includes HydraFacial VI, chemical peels, microneedling, Resilielle exosome treatments and Rejuran C-PDRN. HydraScalp with Keravive is the hair rejuvenation option. Medical-grade skincare begins with a physician skin assessment, followed by a check-in at four to six weeks, and sun protection is prescribed for every clinical skincare patient.

The clinic is in the Milpitas Town Center plaza across from Milpitas City Hall, with free surface parking directly in front of the entrance. Staff serve patients in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Vietnamese. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturday appointments once a month. The clinic is closed on Sundays. Patients come from Fremont, Milpitas, Newark, San Jose and nearby communities.

Payment options include pay-over-time financing through Cherry, which offers some 0% APR options subject to eligibility, and the clinic participates in several manufacturer rewards programs. Gift cards and memberships are also available.

Plans are built around each patient's goals, and a physician oversees every treatment protocol, with injectables performed under ABAM-certified supervision.
