The Natural aka Hybrid style is described by the salon as its most natural look, Volume as its most popular, and Mega as its fullest.
Clients can book a full set, a two week refill, a three week refill or a touch up, with prices listed for each style. Clients who already have lashes on from another artist can book a foreign refill, which requires at least 40% of the lashes to remain. If the lashes are in poor condition, the salon recommends a removal followed by a full set. Lash removal is also available as an additional service.
A complimentary in-person consultation can be scheduled before an appointment. New clients and all full sets require a $50 deposit. A $100 fee applies for a no-show without a call, and a $50 fee applies for a same-day cancellation.
For aftercare, the salon asks clients to keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours, avoiding water, steam, sweat and heat, and to skip eye makeup during that time. After 24 hours, clients should avoid oily fingers, heavy creams and oil around the eyes, and should not put mascara, thick gel eyeliner or setting spray on the lashes. Lashes are shampooed daily, the same way as hair.
Lash extensions are handmade from Russian volume fans and prepared right before application, so each set is built to order rather than premade.
