The studio aims to be a judgment-free space where women and men can feel comfortable. Acne and chemical peels are its main specialties. New clients can book a free 30-minute Let's Talk consultation to ask questions and map out a skin care plan, and a Chemical Peel Analysis checks whether skin is ready for a peel.

Facials range from the Evergreen Signature Custom Facial and a men's preventative facial to the Clarifying Acne Reset Facial, Dermaplane and the Derma Peel Facial, which is currently offered only to existing clients. Brow and lash services include lash lifts, a Korean lash lift that coats the whole lash, brow lamination, a combined lift and lamination duo, and a Sculpted Brow Ritual. The Evergreen Back Treatment is a 45-minute body service, and waxing covers brows and upper lip.

Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours carry a 30% fee, and arriving 15 or more minutes late counts as a no-show. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, with evening hours on Thursday and Friday, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
