Packages bundle repeat appointments at a lower combined price. They include four bikini waxes, six eyebrow waxes bought at once, five chin waxes, a nostril package, a one-year underarm package, and a men's Brazilian package. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books as usual from the services page.

Some services take a deposit at booking, ranging from $2 to $80 depending on the service, and a few only ask for one from new clients. Appointments can be cancelled or changed through GlossGenius, or by phone at 720-655-8867 if online cancellation isn't possible. A late or missed cancellation is charged 60%, and arriving 10 minutes late counts as a cancellation.

The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. It does not keep cash on site, and gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, or $200 amounts or a custom value. Gift card sales are final.
